Frame Contemporary Art Finland is launching The Frame Curatorial Research Fellowship. Applicants are requested to respond to the current frameworks: Mapping and Unmapping Geographies and Local, International and Planetary Fictions. Deadline for the current fellowship applications is 7 June. Apply here.

Heart of Glass is seeking video responses (short films, interviews or descriptions to the camera) to a variety of themes under the framework of Justice and Rights, for the With For About 2020 online conference. Deadline is 8 June. Submit your work here.

Blue Bee Gallery is accepting submissions for the Summer 2020 online edition of Blue Bee Magazine. Deadline is 11 June. Submission guidelines here.

NAHR invites individuals to share reflections on coexistence, resilience, and the evolution of environmental thinking in recent weeks, as part of the ANIMALS: Interdependence Between Species programme. Submissions are accepted in the form of video, text, image or sound. Deadline is 14 June. Read more here.

POOL – INTERNATIONALES TanzFilmFestival BERLIN is accepting dance short film and dance animation submissions for POOL 20 Festival. Dancers, choreographers, filmmakers and artists are invited to submit works to be part of the festival's programme, while outstanding films will be awarded the PEARLS ARTIST PRIZE. BIENALSUR, Argentina, invites artists and curators working in the visual arts to submit artistic and curatorial research projects to be included in the program of its third edition. Curators and artists of any nationality and age may register individually or as groups. There is no specific theme, but applicants are invited to question and provide new perspectives and insights into the experience of contemporary life. Deadline is 15 June. The Breeder Gallery in Athens has issued an open call for artists who live and work in Athens to participate in a silent auction that will take place on the 18th, 19th and 20th of June. The auction is in support of artists whose income has been affected by the Covid-19 crisis, and 100% of sales will go to the artists. Please contact gallery@thebreedersystem.com.

The Drawing Matter Trust invites writers and artists between the ages of 18 and 40, to submit essays for the Drawing Matter Writing Prize. The works submitted should contemplate the act of looking at drawings and what this reveals about the design process and the objects it represents. Designers or artists may submit an essay on a drawing of their own. Deadline is 19 June. For more details read here.

A) GLIMPSE) OF) magazine is accepting submissions for its current online issue, The Nest. Works will be published gradually until 30 June. Read the submission guidelines here.

Fondation d’entreprise Hermès invites emerging and established artists to participate in The New Settings programme which supports hybrid performing arts projects merging visual and/or digital arts. Selected projects will receive support during the production and the staging of the works in Paris and the Paris region. Deadline is 1 July. Apply here.

The European Culture of Solidarity Fund of the European Cultural Foundation supports cultural initiatives that reinforce European solidarity and the idea of Europe as a shared public space in response to the current crisis. Representatives of organisations and individuals over 18 years old are eligible to apply. The call is open to international applicants. Applications for the current window will open on 22 June and close on 14 July. More information here.

The Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía is offering three research residency positions as part of Our Many Europes - Europe’s Critical ‘90s and the Constituent Museum (OME) programme. The positions are open to independent artists and researchers, both individuals and collectives. The deadline has been postponed until after 15 natural days from the end of the emergency state and when the museum activity is resumed. For more information read here.

The Eyebeam Center for the Future of Journalism is offering grants to artists, individuals or collectives, producing innovative and revelatory journalistic work for major media outlets. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. Learn more here.

Phoenix Athens non-profit gallery is organizing an online programme for artists called Art Instead. There is currently no deadline for submissions. Read the announcement here.
